Missed Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Naticook Veterinary Hospital is committed to providing all of our patients with exceptional care. When a client cancels without giving advanced notice or misses an appointment, they prevent another patient from being seen. For this reason, Naticook Veterinary Hospital has instituted a new cancellation policy as of November 7, 2023.
Cancellation of an Appointment and No-Show Policy:
Cancellation of an appointment without providing a full 24-hour notice will result in a $67.00 fee. A no-show for an appointment will also result in a $67.00 fee. Late cancellation and no-show fees must be paid in full prior to re-booking.
A client that arrives 10 minutes or later for their pet’s scheduled appointment will be rescheduled.
Surgical and Dental Procedure Policies:
A 50% deposit of the procedure estimate you are provided is required to schedule any surgery or dental. This deposit is collected at the time a surgery or dental is scheduled and will stay on the client’s account as a credit to be used toward their pet’s procedure.
- If a procedure is canceled more than 72 hours in advance, the deposit may be refunded or transferred to a new procedure date.
- If a procedure is rescheduled less than a full 72 hours in advance, the deposit may be forfeited or transferred to a new procedure date.
- If a procedure is canceled the same day or is a “no-show”, the deposit will be automatically forfeited.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept a variety of payment options, including cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and CareCredit.
